Doctors at the National University studies Nino’s case till he was three. However, they can hardly explain why Nino is so small. Mrs. Hernandez and her husband, a security guard, lost their 11-year-old daughter Miguel Angel, who stands only 93 cm in 1992. Three other sons have normal height and appearance.
